Designer Snapshot

A designer who understands both users and the web.

My background combines UX design, responsive web design, front-end development, and digital strategy. I’m comfortable moving from early user flows and wireframes into polished interface direction, responsive layouts, and practical design systems that can actually be built.

01

UX & Product Thinking

I focus on user flows, content structure, usability, wireframes, and decision-focused layouts that help people move through an experience with less friction.

02

Responsive Web Design

I design mobile-first layouts with clear hierarchy, readable typography, strong spacing, and flexible section systems that work across screen sizes.

03

Front-End Background

My development background helps me design with implementation in mind, creating practical layouts and components that are easier to build, maintain, and hand off.

My Approach

How I approach design problems.

I like design work that feels useful, organized, and easy to understand. My process is centered on reducing friction, improving clarity, and helping users confidently take the next step.

01

Understand the user

I start by clarifying who the experience is for, what they need to accomplish, and where confusion or friction may exist.

02

Structure the path

I organize the page, flow, or interface so users have a clear path from first impression to next action.

03

Design for clarity

I focus on hierarchy, spacing, content order, calls to action, trust signals, and responsive behavior.

04

Refine with purpose

I look for ways to improve usability, reduce confusion, and make the experience easier to understand across devices.

Background

From web development to UX-focused design.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Development from Full Sail University and began my career as a front-end web developer at Focus on the Family. That experience gave me a strong foundation in how websites are structured, built, and experienced by real users.

Over time, my work evolved from simply building pages to thinking more deeply about how people use them. That shift led me toward UX and product design: understanding user needs, organizing information, creating wireframes, improving responsive layouts, and designing digital experiences that are clear, useful, and easy to move through.

I also earned a Digital Marketing Graduate Certificate from Full Sail University and a Cyber Defense Professional Certificate from UCF/ThriveDX, giving me a broader perspective on how design, technology, trust, and business goals connect.
